Is the price per vehicle or per person?
All our prices are per vehicle, not per person: one fixed price covers the whole car, your luggage and every passenger up to the vehicle's capacity. No per-head charges and no surprises.
How do airport pickups work at Marrakech Menara (RAK)?
Your chauffeur waits inside the arrivals hall holding a sign with your name, helps with your luggage and walks you to the car.
Are your transfers private?
Yes. Every transfer is private - the vehicle and driver are reserved for you and your group only, with no shared rides or extra stops.
Do you track delayed flights?
Yes. We follow your flight in real time, so if it lands early or late your driver adjusts automatically, at no extra charge.
Is there free waiting time?
Yes - up to 60 minutes of free waiting after landing, so you can take your time through passport control and baggage claim.
Are there any hidden fees?
No. Highway tolls, luggage, night pickups and waiting time are all included in the price you're quoted.
Do you provide child seats?
Yes - baby seats and boosters are free of charge. Just tell us the children's ages when you book.
Can we pay in cash?
You can pay securely online by credit or debit card, or pay your driver in cash (euros, dirhams or US dollars) at the end of the trip.
What vehicle will I get?
We match the vehicle to your group and luggage: an executive SUV for up to 4 passengers, a comfort or luxury van for up to 7, a VIP sedan or van for first-class travel, and a minibus for groups of up to 17.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellation is free up to 24 hours before your pickup time. You can also change dates or times by messaging us on WhatsApp.
