Where will my driver meet me at Marrakech Airport (RAK)?

Your driver will be waiting directly inside the arrivals terminal, immediately after you exit the baggage claim area and customs hall, holding an official Go Marrakech Tour signboard with your name clearly displayed.

What if my flight is delayed or diverted?

We monitor live flight radar using your flight number. If your flight arrives early, is delayed, or encounters customs congestion, your chauffeur will be waiting for you whenever you land at no additional charge. We include 60 minutes of complimentary waiting time after touchdown.

How does drop-off work if my Riad is deep inside the pedestrian Medina?

Because cars cannot enter the narrow pedestrian alleys of the Medina, your chauffeur drives to the nearest possible gate to your riad (such as Bab Doukkala, Bab Laksour, or Jemaa el-Fna). We then assist you with luggage and help arrange a local handcart porter to escort you right to your riad door.
